Susan Gray's story is so incredible I thought I'd let you hear it yourself from her own lips. The resolve and flat-out guts she displayed throughout the last five years is inspirational. A quick summary of some of the obstacles she faced:

• Coming home to find her husband shot in the bathroom,
• tax liens in staggering amounts, a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.

We were about a year into a chapter 13 settlement and stuck in an adjustable rate, interest only mortgage when the rates began to rise.
